TERMS OF USE
Madame Poulet
Effective Date: March 2025
Madame Poulet (“Madame Poulet”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates www.madamepoulet.com, online ordering services (including UEAT), mobile applications, digital platforms, and corporate-owned and franchised restaurant locations. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Madame Poulet restaurants may be operated by independent franchisees or corporate-owned entities. Each location is independently responsible for its in-store operations, product preparation, pricing, promotions, employment practices, and local compliance. Online orders may be processed through UEAT or other authorized third-party platforms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, entering a promotion, or submitting any form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
All menu items, pricing, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice and may vary by location. Orders are subject to acceptance by the operating restaurant. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical errors, or product unavailability.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Madame Poulet does not store full credit card information. By submitting payment information, you authorize the processing of your transaction and applicable charges.
Promotions, contests, loyalty programs, and “free product” offers (including Club MP offers) are subject to specific terms and conditions, eligibility requirements, time limits, and verification processes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at any time and to cancel participation in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Our websites and digital services may integrate third-party platforms including payment processors, delivery services, advertising platforms, analytics providers, and social media features. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.
All content on our websites and applications, including logos, branding, text, images, graphics, videos, menus, slogans, and software, is the exclusive property of Madame Poulet or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, exploit, or use our content without prior written consent.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise our systems, data, or operations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madame Poulet, its affiliates, franchisors, franchisees, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Madame Poulet and its affiliates, franchisees, officers, directors, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Canada. You waive the right to participate in any class action or collective proceeding. This clause does not prevent either party from bringing a claim in small claims court where permitted by law or seeking injunctive relief.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province or territory in which the dispute arises, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
